the mom job

Being a mom is such a wickedly amazing and crazy gig if there ever was. These kids make me cry one minute with heartache, and then practically burst with overwhelming joy. They are such a challenge, yet such a blessing. I always wanted to be a mom, and don't know what I'd do without them. They take everything that I've got, yet I feel like I haven't given enough. It's such a massive job. One that I feel like I need to improve on all the time. They thanked me today for being a loving mother, and I thank God today for giving me the chance to be one.
