SOLD!
Three months later, and we are done! House is sold. Moving out in April.

YAY! so nice to have it done - AND to be heading off on a holiday! ! THIS is a memorable year, what with the moving, travelling and the two special birthdays :) We will look back on it as a milestone one. Smiles, ME
