I had apples coming out of my ears this week! I picked them on Monday, and then the rest of the week, I've been drying them, making applesauce to freeze and can, and then making pie.

I still aim to make danish apple bars with the last remaining few. Phew. Salsa on Monday. Other than the hours spent making a mess in the kitchen, I did get some work done with mom, my 2 runs and one water running class in, took school photos of Pam's kids and I went with Liam's class to the pumpkin patch...

However, I still feel so far behind in almost everything! Keeping up with the usual stuff plus adding in all this extra fun has made for some busy busy days! Fun, but busy. What are you up to?
